I believe that there is a defining moment (a shift if you will) in everyone’s journey where one realizes that there’s a bigger picture here. This is right about the time where carving this time out for yourself becomes non-negotiable.
Will you lose weight? You likely will! But what you’ve discovered along the way is far more beneficial to your overall well-being: you are happier, more energetic, have improved mental clarity, more self-confidence, are sleeping better and so much more. You are living a fuller, more joyful life.
In 2013, I received my CPT certification, started designing programs for clients and teaching Group Fitness Classes. It was at that time that I discovered Turbo Kick and got certified to teach what has become my FAVORITE workout of all times. Recently, I became a certified Health/Life Coach in order to further assist my clients to live their best lives.
My Vision
Fitness, Health, and Wellness is a way of life and my hope is to help you discover that. My desire is to encourage and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. Being in this element allows me to live out my passion and I consider it an honor that you would give me this opportunity.
